Week 17

This week is a great time to recap all 4 agreements and to share them indirectly or directly with others. On the commute to work or even before,
challenge yourself to:
1. Speak clearly with your words. Have a goal or target in heart/mind synchronicity.

2. Don't take things personally. Take a deep breath when people say things that "hit" you in the heart, are "wounding",
are hurtful and ask them, "what is your goal in saying that?" or ask, "what is your intent in saying that?" or "what are you
trying to create here?"

3. Don't make assumptions. Ask questions. Ask people to clarify their positions and points of view.

4. Do your best......stretch out, breathe, move! Stretching and the heat of exercise temper the steel of the body.
In tai chi they say your body will become like flexible steel. What are you creating in your body today? A little every day becomes
a lot of 365 days. The thousand mile journey starts with one step. Enjoy the journey.
