Warrior Work
Week 9
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Principle 9: Do nothing which is of no use.

Everything we do moves us forward toward one goal or another even if we are not conscious of it. When our thoughts, words and actions become
focused like an arrow on our goals and we feel good about it in every cell in our being then our intent is pure and clear. This warrior principle
challenges us to be mindful of our thoughts, words and actions and what we are becoming and creating within us and around us. Ghandi said, " be the
change you want to see in the world". Balance is an important part of this principle. If you work to hard and too much you break down; if you go out
and have too much pleasure and fun you become soft and weak. This week, be mindful before you choose to do things of the goal that motivates you
towards your choice of this or that action. "Do I go to the gym or do I go to dinner or can I do both?" which path will make you lighter mentally,
emotionally and physically? Which path will make you heavier mentally, emotionally and physically? Do I go to the bar and socialize or do I stay and
read, stretch or watch something that makes me feel good or educates me about something I am interested in? Choices, choices, choices…………do
nothing which is of no use!
